乙方如有違反本租屋特約條款下列情形之一者，甲方得隨時終止本契約或選擇扣除押租保證金之全額或部分，乙方不得異議，並且應即日遷出該房屋及賠償甲方之損失。

五、 承租人將承租之房屋做違反法令或善良風俗之使用時，房東可要求承租人退租。
